Need to make a referral?
If you’re a professional wanting to refer a dad for support, please complete our online referral form using the ‘Referral agency’ option.
The first time you make a referral you will need to register for a new account by using the ‘Sign up’ option on the login form. This might give you instant access, but if your email address is not already registered on our system you will need to contact the office on 01274 666711 or [email protected] so that we can activate your account.
You should ensure that the dad you are referring understands our privacy notice and consent form, and you will be required to confirm that they have given consent.
